1. Children’s Privacy.
Our Company does not intentionally collect data or information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to delete this information from our servers and perform any other necessary actions.
2. Types of Information We Collect.
We may collect “Personal Information” and “Anonymous Information”. Personal Information is only collected when you voluntarily submit it and refers to information that allows someone to identify an individual person. Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, billing information, shipping information, and other personally identifying information.
Anonymous Information is collected to make our Site more useful to you, and refers to information that does not directly permit the identification of an individual person.
3. How We Collect Information.

4. Use of Information.
Personal Information is used to provide our Services to you, to respond to requests, or to aid us in serving you better. Some examples in which Personal Information is used includes: (a) providing the Service(s) you request; (b) facilitating the creation of your account; (c) responding to inquiries; (d) sending administrative notices, newsletters, surveys, offers, and other promotional materials related to our Services; (d) for other marketing purposes of Company and regarding relevant partner offers; (e) improving the quality of our services, such as, providing you with a more efficient and customized interaction with our Site and Services.

Unfortunately, no data or information transmitted over the Internet is 100% secure. Therefore, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee or warrant the absolute security of your data or Personal Information, or that unauthorized third parties will not defeat our security measures and misuse your Personal Information that has been improperly and/or illegally obtained.
7. Opt-Out; Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information.
If you wish to have your Personal Information deleted we will put forth best efforts to comply with your request, but please note that we may be required to maintain and not delete certain data or information. For example, for fraud protection or similar purposes we may retain prior transaction data. If we are required to keep certain information or data for a specific time, we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such obligations. In addition, when we delete your information or data it may be impossible to completely delete all information as some records may remain in our archive databases or backup files.
9. Third Party Content Providers and Do Not Track.
When visiting a website, including our Site, your web browser automatically shares certain information with the website. This information may also be sent to third party content providers, including advertising companies and analytics companies. This information may include IP address, device information, information about your visit to the site, and visits to other websites. Companies use this information to provide advertisements and content about goods and services relevant to you. You may review your web browser documentation to learn how to set a “Do Not Track” preference that may prevent this information from being shared with such websites and companies.
11. California Resident Privacy Rights.
If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (California’s Shine the Light Law) permits you to request and obtain information regarding the disclosure of your Personal Information (if any) to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year, and the names and address of those third parties.
