The DosaMaker comes with a one (1) year limited warranty from the purchase date. A copy of the warranty is included in your DosaMaker Instruction Manual. You can also download the DosaMaker Warranty by clicking here.

I need warranty service for my DosaMaker. What do I do?

After we review your email a member of our customer support team will reach out to process your warranty claim.
What is the warranty process?
After we receive your email notifying us that you need warranty service will review your information. Once we confirm your DosaMaker is eligible for warranty service we will contact you with instructions on how you can send your DosaMaker to us for evaluation and a Return Merchandize Authorization number. After receiving your DosaMaker and completing our evaluation we will (at our option) repair or replace the product or components of the product and ship your DosaMaker back to you.
Repaired or replaced products or parts are warranted for the balance of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days from the date of warranty service, whichever is longer, and pursuant to the same terms and conditions of the original limited warranty.
What does the Limited Warranty cover?
The DosaMaker is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser of the DosaMaker, who purchased the DosaMaker at www.DosaMaker.com, or an authorized retailer, and is not transferable.
What is NOT covered under the Limited Warranty?
The Limited Warranty does not include any defects or damage resulting from:
1. Misuse, mishandling, neglect, normal wear and tear, including damage caused by maintaining, operating, cleaning, or using the DosaMaker in a manner not in accordance with printed material provided by Soul of India, Inc. with the product.
2. Use of accessories, replacements parts, or repair service other than those that have been authorized by Soul of India, Inc.
3. Commercial Use, including without limitation, use in restaurants, hotels, food trucks, or other business capacities.
Products not purchased at www.DosaMaker.com, or at an authorized retailer, are not covered under the Limited Warranty.
Return Policy
You are able to return your DosaMaker to Soul of India, Inc for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase price. To return your DosaMaker, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
• First and Last Name
• Mailing Address
• Phone Number
• Order #
• Reason for Return
We will reply with your return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions for where you can send your DosaMaker. After receiving your RMA number you can choose to either send your DosaMaker back to us via your own shipping carrier, or for your convenience we can provide you with a return shipping label. If you would like us to provide a return shipping label a $15 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. If you have any questions please email us [email protected].
