By accessing or using our Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy, and acknowledge that this Policy is part of our Site’s Terms of Use. Please read the information below carefully. 1. Children’s Privacy.

Our Company does not intentionally collect data or information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to delete this information from our servers and perform any other necessary actions.

7. Opt-Out; Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information.

If you wish to have your Personal Information deleted we will put forth best efforts to comply with your request, but please note that we may be required to maintain and not delete certain data or information. For example, for fraud protection or similar purposes we may retain prior transaction data. If we are required to keep certain information or data for a specific time, we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such obligations. In addition, when we delete your information or data it may be impossible to completely delete all information as some records may remain in our archive databases or backup files.

 

8. Links to and Privacy Policy of Other Sites.

This Privacy Policy only applies to our Site and Services. When using our Site, we may provide links to other sites or applications. If you click on a link to any other website or location (“Linked Site”), you will go to another site and will no longer be on our Site. When clicking on a Linked Site another party may collect Personal Information and/or Anonymous Information from you.
