By accessing or using our Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy, and acknowledge that this Policy is part of our Site’s Terms of Use. Please read the information below carefully. 1. Children’s Privacy.

Our Company does not intentionally collect data or information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to delete this information for our servers and perform any other necessary actions.

Our Site uses Cookies and URL information to collect information regarding the date and time of your visit, and the information for which you searched and viewed. Cookies are small files of information that a website you visit sends to your computer. Cookies can either be stored only for the time you are viewing a website (“Session Cookies”), or they may be stored in your browser until you delete them (“Persistent Cookies”). Personal Information is used to provide our Services to you, to respond to requests, or to aid us in serving you better. Some examples in which Personal Information is used includes: (a) providing the Service(s) you request; (b) facilitating the creation of your account; (c) responding to inquiries; (d) sending administrative notices, newsletters, surveys, offers, and other promotional materials related to our Services; (d) for other marketing purposes of Company and regarding relevant partner offers; (e) improving the quality of our services, such as, providing you with a more efficient and customized interaction with our Site and Services.


We may also create Anonymous Information records from Personal Information by excluding any information that will make the record personally identifiable. Additionally, we may deem it necessary to transfer or provide your Personal Information to Affiliates or third parties outside the country you reside to meet our obligations under this section (5.4).


6. Security of Information.

We are committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information in our possession from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. We take commercially-reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information, including using a variety of industry-standard physical, electronic, and managerial security technologies and procedures. Unfortunately, no data or information transmitted over the Internet is 100% secure. Therefore, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee or warrant the absolute security of your data or Personal Information, or that unauthorized third parties will not defeat our security measures and misuse your Personal Information that has been improperly and/or illegally obtained.



7. Opt-Out; Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information.

We may, from time to time, send you newsletter and email communications that market and/or promote our Site or Services. When you receive such communications, you can indicate your preference to stop receiving further communications or “opt-out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communication or by contacting us with your request at the address in Section 12 below. If you wish to have your Personal Information deleted we will put forth best efforts to comply with your request, but please note that we may be required to maintain and not delete certain data or information. For example, for fraud protection or similar purposes we may retain prior transaction data. If we are required to keep certain information or data for a specific time, we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such obligations. In addition, when we delete your information or data it may be impossible to completely delete all information as some records may remain in our archive databases or backup files.


8. Links to and Privacy Policy of Other Sites.

This Privacy Policy only applies to our Site and Services. When using our Site, we may provide links to other sites or applications. If you click on a link to any other website or location (“Linked Site”), you will go to another site and will no longer be on our Site. When clicking on a Linked Site another party may collect Personal Information and/or Anonymous Information from you. We do not have any knowledge or control over these Linked Sites, including their privacy policy and terms of use. We encourage you to read the privacy statements and terms of every Linked Site before proceeding to use them.


9. Third Party Content Providers and Do Not Track.

When visiting a website, including our Site, your web browser automatically shares certain information with the website. This information may also be sent to third party content providers, including advertising companies and analytics companies. This information may include IP address, device information, information about your visit to the site, and visits to other websites. Companies use this information to provide advertisements and content about goods and services relevant to you. 10. Modifications to Our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post any new Privacy Policy here for you to review. If our Privacy Policy is changed, updated, or modified in a significant manner, we will also provide a notice on the Site, and/or by some other means, such as email message. If you continue to use our Site and/or Services, you acknowledge that the Privacy Policy has been modified and you agree to abide and be bound by the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Privacy Policy, stop using our Site and cancel and/or cease using our Services. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information we have received about you and your use of our Site and Services.


11. California Resident Privacy Rights.

If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (California’s Shine the Light Law) permits you to request and obtain information regarding the disclosure of your Personal Information (if any) to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year, and the names and address of those third parties.
